Robin Johnston,
A.P.R.N
Robin Johnston received her undergraduate degree from the University
of Connecticut in Storrs, CT and her Masters of Nursing Science
degree from Yale University in New Haven, CT. Her clinical rotations
have included the Yale Cancer Center and the Dr. Sultan Ahamed
Radiation Therapy Center at The
William W. Backus Hospital. She was also
a Research Assistant at Yale University studying the experience
of breast cancer survivorship in women of color.
Robin joined Eastern Connecticut Hematology and Oncology in August
of 2003. In her role as a Nurse Practitioner, Robin works in
collaboration with practice physicians providing direct, episodic
health care to prevent and meet the acute, symptomatic and palliative
needs of patients with cancer and blood disorders.
Robin Johnston is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner
by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American
Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
